Your Role as Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across all platforms. You will engage with our audience, create content that resonates, and analyze our metrics to refine our approach continually. This is an ideal position for someone who loves building brand loyalty through meaningful online interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives engagement.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to understand audience behavior and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events, content, and campaigns that increase brand awareness.
- Build and manage a social media content calendar to ensure timely and relevant engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interactions.
- Explore and implement new tools, trends, and strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- Manage budgets for paid social campaigns and optimize ads for performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design tools (like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
